Every order placed at SkyElite Drones is dispatched via DHL Express — one of the world's most reliable international couriers. Your drone leaves our warehouse in original, factory-sealed packaging and is tracked end-to-end until it reaches your door.
We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This is the internationally recognised shipping term that means the seller — us — takes full responsibility for the cost of delivery and any import duties or taxes that apply in your country. You are not the importer of record. You will not receive a customs invoice. You will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

SkyElite Drones ships to all Canadian provinces, including Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Alberta, and beyond. DHL Express handles cross-border clearance at the US-Canada border and delivers to residential and business addresses across the country.
