Return and Refund Policy

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

How to start a return
1. Email skyelitedrones@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Or send your request with our online form: https://skyelitedrones.com/pages/withdraw-from-contract
3. We will reply with confirmation, and you can send the item back.

Condition of returned items
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accessories and packaging. We cannot accept items that have been used, damaged or altered.

Return shipping
The customer pays the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please use a tracked service and keep the receipt.

Refunds
We refund your payment within 7 days after we receive and check the returned item. The refund goes to the original payment method. Refunds exclude return shipping costs and the payment fee.

Orders not yet shipped
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will refund it in full, excluding the payment fee.
