Refund and Return Policy 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we're committed to providing a flexible refund policy. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will offer a full refund upon your request excluding the payment fee.

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to return it, please contact us 7 within  days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund, excluding any shipping costs and payment fee.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
